I'm James, Head of Engineering with a background in physics and a career built hands on, from founding engineer to technical leadership through prototype, Seed and into growth phase. I've scaled engineering teams from zero, owned platform architecture across Unity/WebGL, Unreal Engine and cloud, and sat at the senior leadership table through multiple funding rounds and grants. My work sits at the intersection of complex technical problems and the people and processes needed to solve them reliably.
